Resilience at Work® Toolkit

The capacity to individually and collectively manage the everyday pressures of work and remain healthy, adapt and  grow during setbacks and prepare for future challenges proactively.

The R@W Toolkit is a complementary suite of measures that aligns employee, leader and team behaviours at work to systemically build resilience.

The scales can be used independently or together, dependent on the circumstances and include:

R@W Individual – Based on the Sustain 7 Model, this measure assesses individual employee resilience
